The Academy Concerts, an annual program of musical events which takes place throughout the local territory, has been organised by the Accademia Organistica Tergestina since its foundation in the spirit of promoting and enhancing the promotion of organ music. Over the years, the programme has been enriched with a variety of different events. Some of these are fruit of the Academy’s own activity, whilst others, already established, were entrusted and subsequently incorporated into the Academy’s artistic activity.

The signature events of the Academy Concerts are: 

• Maggio Musicale: ​currently in its 8th Edition (2025) and introduced by the Academy.
• Settembre Musicale: ​currently in its 48th Edition (2025). This event originally took shape in 1978 and became part of the Academy’s musical activity in 2022, following the closing of the Pro Musica Association (which had been organising the event since the early ‘80’s).
• The Concerti Spirituali: ​ currently in its 17th Edition (2025). This event originally began in 2008 and became part of the Academy’s musical activity in 2013, following the founding of the Academy itself.

In addition, other events ​have since been added to the Academy’s repertoire.
These include: 

• The Academy’s Student Recitals for Organ and Pianoforte
• Performances by the Children’s Choir and Junior Vocal Group
• Lecture-concerts and guided tours of the instruments
• Other concerts and events organised in collaboration with various local cultural institutions.
